In the space of a week Mark and his team had transformed my tired dated bathroom into a modern, stylish new bathroom where I now enjoy spending time soaking in the bath and admiring my new tiles.

Having recently changed our bathroom suite I would like to thank Mark for the work that he completed.
The work involved the fitting of a new bathroom suite, heated towel rail and the necessary pipe work that needed to be completed to allow this.
The work was done at our convenience with minimal disruption to our day to day life. The fitting of the suite was done to an excellent standard and the final result looks fantastic.
I would also like to make a special mention to the fact that Mark came out of his way late one night to help with a leak that had started due to the poor existing pipe work. This was above what we had asked of Mark and showed that he really cared about the people he was working for.

Following a decision to change our central heating we asked Mark to come and provide us with a quote as well as an overview of the work that was required.
Mark came down at our convenience and went through all the aspects of the work that was needed. This was extremely useful as the other people who we had seen hadn't even told us what was required and were more interested in getting us to agree to their quote.
After we agreed to have the work done, Mark organised it at the earliest possible opportunity and the work was done in one day and considering this involved replacing an old boiler and water tank with a brand new central heating system as well as plumbing in a new water supply, the fact that there was no disruption caused at all was unbelievable.
The work was done quickly, efficiently and even involved time to clean up afterwards!
Having had the new system working for a while the effects had been noticeable.

• Our heating costs have fallen dramatically
• We no longer have to deal with being able to see our breath when at home

I would have no doubts in recommending Mark to any other people who are looking for a plumber/heating specialist.

Dear Mark, after a long and tedious search to find a plumber who will turn up to look at a job, subsequently price it and want to do it, I can say confidently that Mark and his team are without doubt superb.
Mark had his work cut out with our house as a result of tight time constraints forced upon him. This work included removing the existing bathroom, boiler and water tank. Installing a new condensing boiler, repositioning the water tank in the loft and fitting a new bathroom suite. Mark was confident that he could finish the work in the time available even if it meant burning not only the midnight but also the weekend oil.
We now have radiators that actually get hot and stay hot, copious hot water and a bathroom, working together with JDL, which any designer would be proud of. Mark has executed our ideas and needs, together with his team, in a professional and caring attitude working in a family home. The team were very clean and tidy, even down to bleaching the mugs used at brew time!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark. It is hard to find individuals who you can trust with your home and deliver what they promise.
